Oh no!

So I got a little too sure of my Macbook's abilities when it turned itself back on a few weeks back. It has since succumbed to the damage inflicted by the 52 ounces of water previously spilled upon it's sad little self. SO, no computie. Or hard drive for that matter. Plus I'm in the process of moving to a new place, so it's a bit hectic around the Van Buskirk/McChesney household.

Blah.
I will be back.
Until later, my pets!

The exact same thing happened to me! A piece of my heart (and all of our honeymoon pictures) died with it. Awful! I feel your pain!

good news... if you leave your macbook propped open like a tent for as long as possible (I left mine propped open for over a week) it will dry out and work. I spilled a ton of water on it, and it turned on and worked a while later. Just let it be for as long as possible!! I hated that feeling!! SO sorry!

My desktop computer is in the process of dying so I know you feel. (I'm trying to get all the photos off it before it goes kaput for good!)

I hope your computer woes are over soon! It's amazing how much we depend on these machines!

Aw, I'm so sorry to hear about your mac troubles. :(
I hope the move goes well, though, and I can't wait to hear all about the new place! :)

I ruined a computer once with a water bottle. It was tragic. Good luck with all things hectic. Remember to breathe sister.
