Okay, so it's not really raining here. It kinda rain/sleeted yesterday, but we're really dealing with snow this time of year. The reason I bring it up is that I want some rain boots! With all the slushy, soggy, messy weather I have to look forward to, I believe this is a wise investment.

The problem is...which pair?
My initial choice was the obvious - Hunter's.
They are the epitome of a classic rain boot.
But then I found these red Kate Spade boots.
Fantastic as well!
I like that the sole is a different color...
Finally there are these Marc Jacob's boots.
My sister and I saw a girl at Urban Outfitters a few weeks ago wearing them.
They looked so great in person. The color is also super versatile.
Alright girls {& boys!}...which pair do you think would be best?

I like the Kate Spade ones. They are bright and you need to be bright in gloomy weather right? I can't wait to see which ones you pick!
I was about to buy a pair of hunters at the store yesterday and the cashier told me not to buy them! WHAT?! She said alot of people complained that your feet were always freezing in them. She actually talked me out of buying them also. My personal fave are the kate spades.
Hmmmm....I really like the first pair, but they're all really great. Are you leaning towards the Marc Jacobs pair?

Belle - I saw these like, fleecy inserts for the Hunters & now that you say they are cold to wear, they make more sense!
I'm kinda leaning towards the Kate Spades....oh, and the Hunter's weren't on sale, sorry! They are pretty much priced the same as the others which ARE on sale though, so I count it the same!
The Kate Spades are lots of fun perfect for a gloomy day! :) If you want something more versatile then I would go with the Marc Jacobs...

It's funny you made this post today because my red Hunter wellies just arrived at my door! I tried them on and they feel pretty comfy. I'm now ready for a rainy day so I can see how they are in action! The Kate Spades are cute too...either way you can't really go wrong with red.

i've been coveting a pair of hunters for years. i finally tried them on and realized that my "bird legs" looked t-totally redonkulous in the traditional ones. I tried on their new "Lady N" version and fell in love. Be sure to buy the Hunter wellie socks...they are fleece and VERY WARM! (they also fit perfectly into the boot!
